There are several steps involved on how to buy EACs. The simplified version is like this:
- if you don’t know what to procure, we will talk about it and help you come to a decision … (including where to register it und our service)
- then you ask us for a certain quality and quantity of ECAs …
- we give you an offer (either an indication or a valid offer with a time frame) …
- hopefully you procure from us …
- we close a contract …
- before or on the agreed delivery date we deliver the EACs to you … either into your own account (we usually send an email first) or we keep the EACs on our account for your redemption …
- either way … once the EACs are there for your fulfillment (either send off to your account or for you at our account), we send the invoice … you pay …
- if you have to redeem then on your own or others have to redeem them for you, we can support you with our knowledge, if we can redeem them for you, we will be given the allowance to do so by you …
