What personal data do we process and when do we process it?
In the following cases, we process personal data from you:
a. When you visit our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information will be collected without your intervention and stored until automated deletion:
IP address of the requesting computer,

Name and URL of the retrieved file,

In addition, you may provide us with other voluntary information that you think would be beneficial to substantiate an employment relationship.
Purposes of data processing
We only use the personal information provided by you. We solely use it for the agreed upon purposes and only to the extent required.

b. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b) GDPR on the basis of a pre-contractual measure. When a contract is achieved, the data can be included in our customer care system. The data will not be processed for any other purpose.
c. The data processing serves for the establishment and implementation of an employment relationship acc. Art. 88 DSGVO in conjunction with § 26 BDSG. If there is a positive decision, the personal data will be included in our personal file and will follow the purpose of our “employee management” procedure.
d. If, pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) DSGVO you have expressly consented, we use your e-mail address to regularly send you our newsletter.
If you have registered with us, we use your data for managing your account. In the event that a third party misuses your data and registers with this data without your knowledge, we use your data as a protection on our part in accordance with Art. 6 para P. 1 lit. b) GDPR.
Categories of recipients of personal data
A transfer of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below does not take place. We only share your personal information with third parties if:

Duration of personal data storage

The integration of these plug-ins by us is done by means of the so-called two-click method, in order to protect the privacy of visitors to our website in the best possible way.
