“Since CELs are a market instrument, their price is not fixed, but depends on supply and demand; Market Participants may submit offers to sell CEL at any price, as well as submit offers to buy CEL at any price. The purchase-sale may be made through the CEL Market that will be organized at least once a year by CENACE, in the same way they may also be freely marketed through Bilateral Contracts or Long-Term Auctions.”
