According to NECS, the beneficiary of a redemption must be located in the Country of Consumption. Cancellation is not allowed for countries connected to the AIB Hub. The certificates have to be exported to the respective registry in the AIB domain. Since it is technically possible to redeem GOOs from the EECS system in the NECS registry for Serbia and Slovakia (countries listed in the pull down menue), those countries have been taken out of the list of coutnries possible for ex-domain redeption in this web page because they are full AIB member.
