Following the approval of EMS JSC Belgrade membership, EECS-GOs will be issued for electricity from renewable energy sources in the Domain of Serbia for production periods starting from 1st of October 2019, which will provide better service to GO market participants and an opportunity to participate in the European GO market that complies with the value and quality standards established by the AIB.
Although EMS JSC Belgrade was unanimously approved as a member of the AIB and the electricity scheme at AIB General Meeting in Reykjavik on 26th of September, any connection and activity via the AIB Hub has to wait until some formal procedures on insurance are concluded.
